Dear dancers!
Our prices are calculated as refound of our expenses to this event. This is a non profit event.
We offer the possibility to join us for the full weekend as well as other different packages.
If you need a reduced price, you can be a helper or promoter in our team.
Important note: In case of cancellation, there will be no refund of the participation fee. We ensure a balanced relationship between followers and leaders. After receiving the registration, we will send a preliminary confirmation with the bank details within 14 days; the final confirmation will take place after receipt of the transfer.
Please Note: Food on Thursday is only included for helpers. Please write in comments if you want food on thursday. It will be 10 Euro extra for Dinner.

Included in the price: Friday dinner, 2x midnight snack, Saturday breakfast ( bio and regional food) 2x morning stretch, 2x lunch (soup/bread), 2x dinner, Sunday brunch, 4x milonga and our famous chakarera practica with Juli Emmerich! last but not least the possibility to use our hot tub and spend a wonderfull weekend at a unique farm in the heart of nature!
Helper 115 Euro
- Saturday/Sunday:
1x lunch (soup/bread), 1x dinner, 1x midnight snack, 1x brunch, snacks, tea coffee, fruits, cake. 3 milongas, 1x chakarera, 1x streching lessons with Susann T. Wagner

We will offer different options:
- Team helper (fulltime), 15-16h – free entrance
- Volunteering 2h each day – SOLD OUT!
you would work 2 hours per registered day in our team – 40% off - Volunteering Thursday only, from 10-4pm
- Volunteering Monday only, from 10-4pm &
- weekend before the event
