Dear dancers!
Our prices are calculated as refound of our expenses to this event. This is a non profit event.
We offer the possibility to join us for the full weekend as well as other different packages.
If you need a reduced price, you can be a helper or promoter in our team.
Important note: In case of cancellation, there will be no refund of the participation fee. We ensure a balanced relationship between followers and leaders. After receiving the registration, we will send a preliminary confirmation with the bank details within 14 days; the final confirmation will take place after receipt of the transfer.

Please Note: Food on Thursday is only included for helpers. Please write in comments if you want food on thursday. It will be 15 Euro extra for Dinner.

DJ to be pronounced 20:00 to 00:00 - Saturday/Sunday (175.-):
1x Dinner, 1x Brunch, Snacks, Tea Coffee, Fruits, Cake. 3 Milongas, 2x Praktica, 1x chakarera, 1x streching lessons with Anja Kursave
If you would like to register as a helper,
We will offer different options:
- Team Helper (fulltime), 15-16h –
- Volunteering 2h each day
you would work 2 hours per registered day in our team - Volunteering Thursday only, from 10-4pm
- Volunteering Monday only, from 10-4pm &
- weekend before the event
23 & 24 August (fulltime), 15-16h –
You only can be helper, if you book the full package or saturday/sunday.
