General terms and conditions of TTR
Confirmation
After submitting the form, you will receive an automatic e-mail indicating that we have received your request (if not, you registration was NOT successful). We will try to reply within a month. We’ll send you a message to let you know if your application has been accepted or if you’re on the waiting list. After the automatic respond we will sent the 2. confirmation e-mail with all payment instructions. If you are registered as a couple, your registration will only be confirmed on receipt of both payments.Please do not make any reservations until you have received your confirmation e-mail.
Cancellation
If for any reason you can’t make it, we’ll not refund your pass but we accept if you find another dancer instead of you.
Personal data processing and image rights
The personal data collected at the time of registration will only be used for the smooth running of the event.By taking partite TTR you may be photographed or videotaped, and you accept that these shots may be made public, specifically for promotional purposes.
The Farm:
The Thanari Farm is a large, 100-year-old farm complex. Buildings bare some risk of hurting yourself (like nails, glas, old wood, no windos in the dormitory, steep stairs)
- therefore, marked passages and locked sheds may only be entered at your own risk
- the visitor is aware of this and bears the whole risk
- smoking is strictly prohibited under all roofs of the courtyard. Please smoke under the sky
- there is a small lake about 1.5 meters deep. It’s not a bathing lake!
- climbing trees or structures is prohibited
- farming equipment is forbidden to climb
- pets may only be brought by prior arrangement and must be on a leash
- we respect the environment and only dispose rubbish in the containers provided for this purpose
- please use the toilets and not the environment (men too!)
- the visitor is not entitled to disseminate unconstitutional or illegal ideas
- by accepting the terms and conditions, the visitor acknowledges that no right-wing extremist, racist, anti-semitic, sexist or anti-democratic content will be disseminated. This means that, in particular, neither spoken nor written content will contempt human freedom and dignity, nor symbols that are more anti-constitutional in spirit or unconstitutional organizations, may be used or distributed.
